Depending on the property and the situation, we may purchase a property directly, or we may work with qualified partners who purchase it. We explain who would be buying before you sign anything.
Carolina Home Buyers Group is a trade name of 203 Acquisitions LLC.
If we sign a purchase agreement with you, we may assign that agreement or otherwise transfer our interest in the property to another buyer before closing. Any such right is stated in the written agreement, and we explain it before you sign.
No guarantees
Nothing on this website is an offer to purchase any property. Any offer is made only in writing after a review of the specific property and is subject to the terms of that written agreement. We do not guarantee that we will make an offer, the amount of any offer, a closing date, or that a sale will be free of costs.
