- If it makes sense, we schedule a short walkthrough at a convenient time.
- If the property fits our criteria, we present a written, no-obligation offer and explain how we arrived at it. If not, we say so and share other options.
Things you do not need to do
- Make repairs, paint, or clean
- Remove belongings or clear out the property
- Turn on utilities in a vacant house
- Wait for tenants to leave
- Decide anything before you have a written offer in hand
