Who we are
Carolina Home Buyers Group is a real estate investment company that buys houses directly from owners in all 100 North Carolina counties. Our roots are in eastern North Carolina and the Triangle, in and around Rocky Mount, Raleigh, Wake Forest, Wilson, Tarboro, and Nashville, and we review properties everywhere in the state with the same process.
Our work is direct purchases: reviewing a property as it is, explaining what we see, and, when it fits, making a clear written offer. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent sellers as their agent.
How we think about this work
Many owners who contact us are in the middle of something: an estate, a move, a rental that has become a burden, a house that needs more than they can give it. We take that seriously. It means being honest about whether a direct sale is the right fit, explaining our numbers, and never pushing anyone to decide quickly.
- We tell the truth about fit. Not every property is one we can buy. When listing with an agent would likely serve you better, we say so.
- We show our reasoning. Any offer comes with an explanation of how we arrived at it.
- We respect your pace. Take time. Get advice. Decline if it is not right.
- We follow the law and treat people well. That includes tenants, heirs, co-owners, and anyone else involved in a property.
Who buys the property
Carolina Home Buyers Group is a real estate investment company, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not represent sellers as their agent. Depending on the property and the situation, we may purchase a property directly, or we may work with qualified partners who purchase it. We explain who would be buying before you sign anything.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee an offer on every property, a specific price, a specific closing date, or a sale free of all costs. Anyone who promises those things before reviewing a property is guessing. What we can promise is a free review, a straight answer, and a written offer when the property fits.
